Bernard Pivot asks you some questions. How do you respond?
What is your favorite word?

What is your least favorite word?

What turns you on?

What turns you off?

What sound or noise you love?

What sound or noise you hate?

What is your favorite curse word?

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?

What profession would you not like to do?

If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?

4. for you
Bernard Pivot, OC, CQ (born 5 May 1935) is a journalist, interviewer and host of French cultural television programmes. He is a member of the Académie Goncourt.

James Lipton was inspired by a chance viewing of a Pivot programme on cable TV to create Inside the Actors Studio. Lipton adapted Pivot's use of a Proust Questionnaire to one that he himself used at the end of each episode of Inside the Actors Studio

14. Okey dokey
What is your favorite word? Yes.

What is your least favorite word? Impossible.

What turns you on? The G rated answer would be anything that delights one of my five senses. There are differing answers as one proceeds along the Holywood rating scale.

What turns you off? Hypocrisy. Dishonesty. Gratuitously manipulative behavior.

What sound or noise you love? Rain. Purring cats.

What sound or noise you hate? Sirens. I find some to be physically painful.

What is your favorite curse word? Whichever comes to mind first. One size does not fit all, so I use them all.

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Plastic & reconstructive surgery.

What profession would you not like to do? Assassin. Policeman.

If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates? "Moondog, you old so and so! How're they hangin'? C'mon in, we've been waiting for you!"
