He is a year old now, and it is only getting louder.

4. Well this one is a rescue kitten, now five weeks old. |
|
Saved from drowning in a dramatic fashion, desperate plea on Facebook for someone to take care of it and all that...not interested in keeping them more than this week really because I have a dog already and a kitten I had already picked out.
But the meowing is sooooooooooooooooooooooo loud.

5. So was mine, almost a year ago now. |
|
Hurricane Ike was a feral kitten, he moved in with us the night of Hurricane Ike.
Took him about one month to forget to be afraid.
I became his human.

9. May be too young to be away from mama cat. |
|
Try a bottle + kitten formula, cuddle when feeding.
Is he eliminating ok? Mother cats lick their kittens bottoms to stimulate elimination shortly after they nurse. Try using a warm washcloth (I do NOT recommend emulating mama cat exactly!).
Has he been to a vet yet? He may be having complications from his near drowning or he may have parasites, etc.
Of course, it's possible he's just loud and wants attention.
If all else fails, send him to me! :hi:

8. First, it's not a kitten, it's a gas-powered leaf blower. |

Secondly, remember Zambria!!!!!!!

10. Feed him. Then pet him. Then feed him some more. Then pet him some more. |
|
Keep doing this constantly. Never fails.
