What is the longest in days you have worked straight...

But it is a good temp job, not much too it.. Budget car rental

1. This year, 17 days

I've probably worked longer stretches in the past but I certainly remember this. It was a case of coming off crunch time from one project into crunch time for another. Near the end of that stretch, I was starting to get paranoid and thought everyone hated me but I kept telling myself "You just need a day off and everything will be swell again."

2. 3 months; between 70-100+ hours per week

4. I had a nice little buzz going last week.

But every day since, I've worked straight. So I'm guessing 5 or 6 now.


Oh, and I was also gay for a few of those, but now I'm working straight.

6. 53 days straight/just shy of two months

lots of it I traded for to maximize double time.

if your working 6 days, going for the seventh day(triggering the double time)is very appealing.

7. Over two months

Oh yeah, I was a "part-time", "temporary" employee too. I got them back, I broke every single rule they had there, every single day.

we were in a pinch for money, i worked 71 straight days, between 8 to 12 hours a day

9. 41. Had to fire a person, picked up her shifts till I could get a replacement...

However, in a modified category, I did once go 4 months straight spending at least 8 hours in a hospital. I was working 4 days a week, Sat and Sun days, then Mon-Tues nights. Had class and clinic M-Friday. So during that time two days a week I spent 16 hours in hospitals, 5 days a week 8 hours. But I was only 24 at the time, needed the job to pay for school.

It's been more than a few years since I had to do that, and at the time I had more than one job.
