It is literally a heart attack on a bun. I only eat one when I make a trip to St. Louis. Along the way there is a Hardees and I have to stop to get one. I eat maybe one or two a year.

I remember when the "Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger" debuted at Hardee's: 1/3 pound of beef, four slices of cheese, and three strips of bacon.

Compared to this current offering, that one seems like a light snack!

Butter is too expensive for deep frying. Plus it's got too low of a smoke point. Most are going to use regular vegetable or corn oil, while Mediterranean/Middle Eastern places are going to use olive oil. Best falafel I've ever had is fried in olive oil :D
