I love bran flakes
I think I could live on them. Just regular bran flakes and fat-free milk in a bowl. No fruit or sugar added. I can get a 17.3 ounce box of Kroger brand bran flakes for $1.67. Whole grain, high fiber, very low fat, cholesterol free, excellent source of vitamins and minerals. And I challenge you to find a person who is more regular than me. :patriot:

Might I suggest the minnows and crayfish from a nearby creek.

Colonel Kellogg once stated that his feces had the aroma and texture of a bran muffin.

7. If you've never seen a movie called "The Road to Wellville"
you ought to do so. Among other things, that line is actually in the dialog.

5. I love them!!!! But I prefer them with fruit - we grow figs in our yard, and
I add them as well as various berries and grapes. Also add a flax seed cerial called "Uncle Sam" which I believe is made from plywood.

Regularity is good.

9. Nora Dunn did a great Peggy Lee impersonation on SNL
in the early 90's. It was a parody of "Fever" but it was about fiber. LMAO. It isn't on youtube or I'd post a link.

11. Worf is said to drink prune juice and eat books - lotsa fiber in both of those

:D

Definitely not a bad diet... yours, that is. Eating books and drinking prune juice, I'd have the same dissatisfied scowl Worf's got too... :D
