How do you determine if there is chemistry with someone you've never met or spoken to?
I'm not really bothered by this at all, mainly because I've never seen this girl's profile and I've been communicating with another girl who I'm really interested in.

The disclaimer aside, I'm on eharmony.com and a match was closed because she felt there wasn't any chemistry there. I just thought that very odd. Is it possible to determine chemistry with someone whom you've never communicated with?

1. *cough* excuse *cough*
I suspect this person had someone else she was interested in...Although I have on occasion felt a bit of chemistry with people I only talked to on line...so its possible....

2. Oh I'm quite positive it's just an excuse
it was different from the usual "Other" reason I get for closing a match. You can definitely feel chemistry online, though I've found that that doesn't always translate when you meet face to face for the first time.

3. Did you send her a squirrelized pic of yourself?
That may have done it.

4. Try a generic qualitative inorganic analysis
They might complain about the nitric acid and heavy metals, but it's the best way to be sure about what you've got, unless you have some sophisticated equipment.

8. The nitric acid can reveal the presence of silver nitrate
Look for a dark-colored precipitate. Nitric acid also makes cool tattoos when you dribble a little on your skin.

5. What TZ said.
Most likely she's got her sights on another guy. Her loss.
