God I love that.

Our rat terrier was looking through the kitchen picture window and saw a squirrel trying non-chalantly to sneak across the yard. The terrier alarm was raised, and I opened the window to let all three of them out (Rat, a Jack Russell and MiniSchnauzer) - they went tearing across the yard yapping as one unit - kind of Cerberus like, and the squirrel made it up a tree.

That's some big fun right there.

Now, if they were beagles, bassets, basenjis, etc., then it would be "releasing the hounds".

4. I always thought a really great calendar

would be pictures of dogs and their pursuit of squirrels. I have a dog down the road who almost every day can be seen sitting at the base of a tree staring straight up. You know what he's up to immediately.
