FYI, People.... Beijing is GREAT in September

It's a lovely 21 degrees, there's hardly any smog today (even by Western standards) and a slow breeze is blowing through the office winter. Even the armed guards at the front door are in a jovial mood.

2. it turned pretty nice in SE Arizona the last couple days

even though I can't catch a rain drop, the temp has been gorgeous

4. It has been pretty nice up in Phoenix too. At least the nights are cool.

But I heard that it's suppose to jump up to 108 in the few days.

3. I was there in September of 2004

it closer to 30 degrees (centigrade), but the humidity was absolutely brutal. So, i think either I had bad luck in 2004, or you're having good luck now.

Of course, that was peanuts compared to when I was in Nanjing & Shanghai in August of 2007 when it was closer to 38-40 degrees most of the time.
