1. tonight's episode is a continuation of last week's episode...
Booth had brain surgery...the last scene was Brennan typing "a story" and Booth in the hospital bed still unconscious from surgery...this was the season finale.

We will know more when the season starts up again sometime this month.

It really is a pretty good show...one of my favs!

3. Last night's episode was a dream sequence while Booth was in a coma.
So, naturally, it is bizarre and all of the characters are doing something wildly different than they usually do.

5. Temperance is a forensic anthropologist and she works with a wacky
and at times over-sexed band of scientists and forensic folk. Her character is based on real-life forensic anthro. Kathy Reichs, who also writes mysteries based on her work. Booth is the more straight- arrow FBI agent/side-kick and they are a pretty funny duo, since she's emotionally impaired in a Mr. Data sort of way and he's kind of a loose cannon. It's very funny, sometimes wacky, and you always learn something when you watch. There are also some great characters, and character actors.

It's kind of like the X-Files meets a hipster demographic, i suppose. I really like it.

6. she's not as hot as her sister
and it's a dumbass forensic drama.

as IF any city, county, or state LEO or forensic department has the budget to make their offices and labs look like a german discotheque circa 1983.
