I'm A Little Bit Jaggy (Midwestern for drunk); What Should I Do? |
|
Went out to hear a great local band, saw lots of friends. Mr. Dinger stayed home; he's going "upnorth" with his fishing buddy & leaving early in the morning, so I went alone, but things worked out well. Had a sober friend (not easy to find) drive me home. Mr. Dinger upstairs sleeping right now. I want to pull some shit, but at this point, I'm not sure what that means. Oh well, really I just wanted to post when I'm loaded once, just to see what it feels like.

5. "Jaggy" in Wisconsin. Really? I never heard that one, |
|
Or maybe I did, but I was likewise jaggy. I only lived in Milwaukee for 4 months. And yes, it seemed like I had my mouth agape at the base of a beer waterfall, while I was there. It seemed there were 4 bars on every intersection in Milwaukee WI! :hi:

The people are so friendly, and so caring.
I moved there to college without knowing a soul, only a credit card and 2 suitcases, and a couple of phone numbers of people who wanted roommates. It was 2 degrees when the plane arrived in early January.
The drinking was a bit much for me, though. And I understand Pabst is blacklisted in WI, while here on the West coast, Pabst is practically a cultural icon.
Oh yeah, I picked up an official Pabst windbreaker jacket at a Milwaukee thrift store, and when I showed it to the bike messenger dudes back in San Francisco, they thought it was the coolest. Someone stole it from me when I wasn't home.
