I just googled her first name only, and the hits on page 1 are all her.
Definitely a unique name.

Not sure why anyone would give their daughter a stripper name, but there you go. She is responsible for THE best pick-up line I have heard to date: when a guy who was interested in her asked a group of us what her name was, and upon hearing it replied with "I wouldn't mind eating her pit" He probably knew her name all along and just wanted to use the line, but it's one I have yet to forget.

21. I once knew a young woman by that name |
|
Spelled it that way too. From Tacoma, pretty young lady, had a sister named Candida. Last I heard she moved to NY City to make her fame and fortunes as a model. (She sure had the looks, I can only hope she had the patience and the attitude needed to make it in modeling.) Cherry hated her name btw. She claimed kids in grade school used to make fun of it, (called her Cherry-Berry), and things only got worse when she made it to high school.

Not a nickname, because she was the County Auditor where I lived 30 years ago and the law did not allow nicknames on the ballot.

I think it's a pretty cool name, actually. She chose it for herself...I think her old name was very generic/

13. Radio Johnson. Nub Ledbetter. |
|
I worked with Radio at the Tuscaloosa News back in the early 60s. He was born in the mid 30s when radio was a really big deal. No nickname. Everybody called him 'Radio'.
I have no idea what Nub's real name was. That was a nickname. I also worked with him at the Tuscaloosa News. It was a colorful crew. :-) He lost one arm at the elbow from a farming accident when he was a kid. Got his hand caught in the hay bailer or something.
