Fresh strawberries stuffed with gorgonzola
Man is that heaven.

I've got the gorgonzola, but no strawberries. Sometimes life just isn't fair.

2. Put a little balsamic vinegar on it
I don't bother stuffing them. Just slice up the strawberries, crumble the cheese and drizzle a little vinegar. Mmmmmm

11. i used to make a bruschetta with strawberries and havarti
toast slices of french bread/baguette/whatever, add strawberries and havarti and melt under the broiler :9 it's even tastier if you add some almonds under the cheese

12. I like to put gorgonzola on sliced French bread, drizzle it with honey, then put it under the
broiler for a few minutes. Good stuff!

18. On the other side, a variation -
dried strawberries enrobed in dark chocolate.

I cannot begin to tell you how good these are. I'm allergic to strawberries, but I take a Benadryl and then indulge - yeah, they're THAT wonderful!

16. Martha Stewart once had a recipe to stuff HUGE strawberries with chocolate moose and
serve. I laughed my ass off it seemed so fussy. But gorgonzola does sound good.

20. Extra sharp cheddar is also wonderful.
Don't knock it until you've tried it. Ever put sharp cheddar on apple pie and heat it to melt the cheese?
