My brother needs a triple by pass from smoking, if he can get strong enough.
That should keep you going.
He can no longer drive because he might pass out.
Think about that if you feel the need to smoke.
Really, congrats on the 5 months of no smoking.
You are doing great.

I have never smoked myself, but my old man did, and he never really managed to quit, even when he was dying of lung cancer.
I know it's tough, but you can do it...
