Which shows actually deserve to be on five nights a week? |
|
If budget, vacations, etc. were no object and the quality could be kept consistent, which TV shows would you actually watch five days a week?
The only ones I can think of at the moment are:
the Daily Show - Jon needs a full hour too so he doesn't have to keep cutting every other interview to shreds and then directing you to the website; also, he needs to be prevented from taking three week vacation by force if necessary
Mad Men - since things happen on this show about five times slower than any other program, watching it five times a week would make it feel like a regular drama
possibly Lost - but I suspect after two or three weeks at that rate of exposure you'd find me digging a bomb shelter in the backyard and raving about hieroglyphics

1. Lost will only be with us for another few months next year, then it's over. |
