Says here "17 people (Ohio) walk around engulfed in fire" to break World Record

17 people walk around engulfed in fire as the group attempts to break the Guiness Book of World Records record or most people fully engulfed in fire at the same time, in South Russell, Ohio on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009. With the Guiness representatives on hand, the group, led by local Ted Batchelor, remained on fire for 43.9 seconds and broke the record.

6. I'm in Ohio at the home of a person who was there.
Bud is a friend of the organizer Ted Batchelor, he and his son went down to watch. Apparently Ted's first fire stunt was in Chagrin Falls in 1972 when he lit up and dove into the river over the falls, after Bud doused him in lighter fluid (there was a police chase following that stunt ;~).
