Which is worse: Three Buck Upchuck or Sutter Home White Zin?
I used to think the Upchuck was the worst wine on the plantet, but I was reminded just how bad the White Zin was.

2. Politically speaking, two/three buck chuck is the evil one
Charles Shaw brand, commonly nicknamed "Two Buck Chuck is owned by Bronco, a company started by a nephew of wine legend and murder, Ernest Gallo.

Sutter Home was also a family business, albeit a modest one in comparison. White Zin a crappy wine, but it did become trendy transitional drink for young people to switch from beer to wine. Generally, women loved it, but men tended to go directly to a dry wine or stayed with beer. Forty years after it splashed, most of the early enthusiasts of white zin have moved on to more sophisticated wines.
