Long-lost sister one of millions of viewers to learn about Waldoboro brothers
After their story went national, with an appearance Tuesday morning on the "Today" show, a fourth sibling was identified, according the NBC news. Kat Cooper of Florida heard the story and realized that Randy, Gary and Joanne were part of her family, the "Today" show reported on its Web site.

1. And NONE of it would have happened without the adoption law change on January 1.
I'm really glad that one of the brothers pointed that out in an interview.
