Cablevision. Nuff said right? Well last week my daughter called me and told me she got locked into $130 a month for her package of TV/phone/internet for two years. Mind you she has all the bells and whistles and has had it for three years...had $35 dollars knocked off. (She lives 5 minutes from me)

So, on her suggestion I called and told them we were on a fixed income (which we are) if they could help us out. They took $10 off for ONE year...I reluctantly agreed. When I got home from work that night they had blacked out a load of channels. (we have BASIC cable/phone/internet) absolutely no add ons. Well I called back today and told them to put the channels back and that he never told me he was going to black out or take away anything. He said he was sorry but couldn't help me. Here it comes....he suggested I ask my daughter to help PAY for our monthly bill!!!!!

I HATE Cablevision with a passion....(and I wonder why I'm on blood pressure medicine) :grr:
