2. The original Law & Order
The CSIs are overproduced and underwritten, and on lighter shows like NCIS, Monk, and Bones the crime stories are just a pretext for the characters to interact.

I really like Vincent D'Onofrio and Jeff Goldblum on CI. I'll also watch a marathon of SVU.

68. I've watched episode after episode of L& O on Netflix streaming videos.
I particularly like the L&O CI with D'Onofrio and have watched the early seasons of that as well as SVU (I'm on the 5th season now).

I've seen seasons 1-8, but only a couple of season 9...I'm missing season 7 and 9 out of my dvd set, but I'm getting 9 until it gets near 30$ or less, over 60$ for season 9 and it isn't worth that much, hell no dvd set is worth that much.

Jury is still WAY out on the new one. Not too sure about it.

As for the original, last night's episode didn't disappoint, though it could have used much more Abbey.

IRL, she's a real sweetheart and a whole 'nother level of hot.

The LA show was on directly after the original, Tuesday at 9pm. No idea if that's going to be where it's parked all season.

Looked her up on Wikipedia and found out she's also a singer on a couple rock bands. That makes her MORE hot.

now that Warehouse 13 is done for the season, I'll have to check out the new NCIS. Wiki also says Abby will make some appearances on that one as well.

she played the liar-in-chief cleaning up the PR messes.

She was blonde then, and there was just something about her that took over the screen when she was on.

25. I normally don't watch anything but cable shows because I find
most of the writing/plots on regular T.V. really poor. However, I went on a road trip recently w/a good friend and was flipping channels late one night at the motel and was blown away by "Criminal Minds". They were having a marathon so I watched about 5 shows in a row and was up almost all night! I couldn't quit watching. Now I'm hooked.

All 5 seasons are great but it's you're right about the crime show part. It focuses much more then that. I think Season 4 that focuses on the public school system is especially powerful and sad as well.
