Could drown it out. Especially if the playee's are all girls, and playing consists of "chase and scream as loudly as possible", then reverse and do it again. I have some I could loan you, if you like. They seem to prefer to start as early as possible, take a mid day break, and then continue until curfew. Their parents like it when they play in front of my place, where my apartment insulates theirs from the sounds.
