9. My personal opinon,
if these are your only options, buy some duck tape and and 'personalize' your current handbag until something better comes down the pike.

But, that's just me. My personal preference is for small purses. For the simple reason that if it's small, the amount of junk I can stuff in it is limited. I look at these, and all I can think is "OMG!!! I'd have a permanent dropped shoulder after a week with a purse that size." (Assorted crap gets heavy after a while.)

Best of luck on your search.

50. I like the Callie design in yellow or green
The red's okay but the red + bow +metal adornment look immature girly to me.

The Amber is a nice design but the colors are boring and safe, The Potli in red would be a maybe for me.

Almost as much fun as real life. Although, I have to admit that half the fun for me is actually holding it and looking in it and making sure the lining is good. I am really picky about all that stuff.

Also, The scale of it has to right to the size of the person.

I know you want big and roomy but I don't want you to look like a clown :P

42. Leather for under $150? Probably not going to happen.
Especially in a large size. Especially if you want good quality. Admittedly, you could do well in a sale and pay around that much, but in my experience, I'd expect to pay around $300 for a nice quality stylish designer in a larger size like that. Hayden Harnett's fall collection is To Die For: http://haydenharnett.com/ -- they have lots of lovely fall colors... and I'm awfully partial to Ken Cole bags as well, they hold up so well. http://www.kennethcole.com

Nine West has some good looking stuff for really inexpensive. It is hard for me to decide online. I am one of those that likes to "try on" a purse. It has to "feel" right.

also, look at some of the Tignanellos at Macys.

Geeze! My wife's "purse" is a small camera bag (about 3" thick, 4" wide, and 6" tall). That's enough for her wallet, keys, and feminine products. What the hell else do you need that would fill a ruck sack like those?

31. A -- from a practical standpoint
If you're going to carry a purse that big, I would recommend the one with the wide straps. It will be easier on your shoulder. The color isn't my favorite, but then I think I'm more bland than you are. haha

Didn't you just get a new purse from your mother-in-law? Get a different color than that one.

I hate purse shopping too, so you have my sympathies.

I need a new purse but I can NEVER pick one out. I've spent hours trying. It's ridiculous. It took me three trips and over an hour of browsing to pick out a checkbook wallet.

44. A is the most interesting.
But to me the inside of a purse is as important as the outside. I want it to have some separate compartments for things, but not so many that I can't find anything. I also want it to open and close reasonably easily without a lot of complicated clasps or snaps or whatever that would require me to fight with it to get stuff out of it; a simple zipper seems to work best. I also prefer a shoulder strap so I can keep my hands free. Aside from that, I do like the looks of the red one.

... for something that large, you want to consider how it feels to carry. Will any of those balance a heavy load well enough to avoid back pain?
