If you don't sell out 72 hours(They allow leeway if it's close) before the game it is blacked out locally usually up to 75 miles. I experienced this for years as a Cardinals fan. As far as I know Jacksonville is blacked out all season which explains why the GM mentioned publicly about drafting Tebow to increase ticket sales.

But history shows that revolutionaries have a limited effective time in power and things would be better if they handed off control to someone else. Al doesn't like to admit that he has made a mistake, especially with draft choices.

understands that this pisses many fand off, so if there is a shortfall, he buys them up. They have regularly been selling out the stadium for some time now.
