Whipped up a fresh batch of my Apricot/Habanero Sauce for the competition.

1. You can't get away with that -

you just don't announce something like Apricot/Habanero Sauce and not include the recipe.

You just don't.

3. OK. Remember I like it HOT!

6 Apricots-pitted
6 Red Savina Habaneros-stems removed
1 medium red onion
6 cloves garlic

Throw it all into a food processor and let her rip.
Pour into a bowl and serve fresh with chips or whatever.
Is great on top of a cheese omelet.
