1-2 lbs ground hamburger...salt and pepper to taste
1 package chili seasoning. I use Williams as it has no wheat products
3 cans kidney beans drained
3 cans chili beans drained
2 cans petite diced tomatoes
fry burger and crumble it up as small as you can get it. Add the chili seasoning Mix well
in large pot add the beans and tomatoes. mix burger with seasoning packet in with beans. Make sure all is mixed well. simmer for an hour.
Add shredded cheese before serving
serve with Fritos Corn chips...I use the scoops
Cheese Dip...it is really simple but for some reason others try to make it and it is never the same...
1 can Rotel Tomatoes (I use the mild) 1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 lbs ground beef...fried and crumbled into small sizes
1 block Velveeta cheese
cut cheese block into 1x1 chunks. Use ENTIRE block
layer 1/2 in crock pot
Add 1/2 of the ground beef, 1/2 of both cans tomatoes
repeat.
cook on low heat in crock pot until smooth
serve with Tostito bite size chips (sometimes I like the scoops)
simple but uummm good
