If someone is both lazy and disorganized...
then how do you know in any particular situation whether the person isn't being lazy and is simply so disorganized that it would be a huge project for the person to find some information, or whether the person is simply being lazy?

2. If what you care about is results,
and the results are bad, what difference does it make whether the cause is laziness, disorganization or a combination of the two?

4. Only way to know - ask the person. If they are honest they will tell you

I am both, I hate to admit.

I sometimes overcome these demons. Sometimes not (as today, I am doing nothing but making meatballs & laying on the couch).
