Sheboygan man claiming to be terrorist faces felonies

A 45-year-old Sheboygan man was charged with two felonies Monday after stealing a car and later telling police officers that he was a terrorist who planned to blow up the police department and murder his probation officer, according to a criminal complaint.

Jeffery M. Goelzer, of 1427 N. 10th St., was charged with felony counts of burglary and operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent as a repeater, along with misdemeanor counts of theft and disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years behind bars.

You would not believe the amount of people I know (I live in Sheboygan County) who will fish on Lake Michigan and actually eat their catch. Yes, they know about the PCP's, but don't care. Personally, I think there should be a study done to determine how many of these 'episodes' are the result of individuals who eat Lake caught fish.
