What would you do?

If this were the 1970's and I were a child superspy leading a team of top agents on a secret mission of justice*, and we caught the creep before he died in '79, I'd deliver him to the proper legal authorities in Israel.

The statute of limitations runs out when the killer is dead.

If he were a ghost haunting someplace, I guess I'd have to call a ghostbuster.
