The cold itself isn't so bad. It's the aftermath - particularly the post-nasal drip - that I hate. |

It fucks up my sleep patterns for almost 2 weeks after I'm no longer "sick". Bugs the crap out of me.

I have dodged or shortened every cold so far since I've been using mine (relative to how long they used to last for me). That and Gypsy Cold Care Tea with honey in in. :)

I got sick (moderate chest cold) a couple of weeks ago, and I'm still waking up very congested. Maybe I'm just getting older, but it seems the aftermath of illness lasts much longer than it used to.
