I have no problem getting to sleep. Far from it. In fact, I sleep a lot.
But I never feel rested. And I fall asleep during the day more often than most people. Lately, I've taken to taking a 1-1.5 hour nap most days, which is probably not a good sign.
Is there anything that can be done about this? It's been going on for ages! ugh!

i recommend going to the doctor. a friend of mine got diagnosed with some sort of non serious disease but got treatment and feels better.
depression can also cause the symptom you describe as well.

I have sleep apnea. I use a CPAP mask and it made all the difference in the world.
