I think "Fold your hands child..." is Belle and Sebastian's best album

Yeah, I know the fans love "If you're feeling sinister" but FYHCYWLAP (Fold your hands child you walk like a peasant) is hands down my favorite. Isobel and Stuart own that album.

From the haunting "I Fought in a War" to the the irony slathered "The Wrong Girl" and then onto "There's too much love" this album is, to me, as good as B&S gets.

1. It's a good album, but it has some of my least favorite B&S songs

I love Women's Realm and The Model, but songs like Don't Leave The Light On Baby and Waiting for the Moon to Rise I practically stop listening to when I listen to the album. This thread is very coincidental since I listened to this album yesterday.

I'll take Sinister any day. Judy and the Dream of Horses is one of my all-time favorite songs. When I saw B&S live it was great. He let the crowd sing the whole thing.
