16. Yeah, Kashi.
Who woulda guessed that a frozen pizza could contain a lotta fiber?

2. They all have WAY too much sodium in them
and that makes me feel WIRED. I loved DiGorno pizzas where they first appeared in stores, but I found they had that terrible effect on me. So I've had to give up all frozen pizzas.

4. That makes sense.
Even the off-brand "healthy" ones might have too much sodium, but I've never checked.

Welcome to DU, too! :hi:

Of the other ones on the list that I've tried, the crusts are either too gooey or too cardboard

7. +1
My children are freaks who like Jack's. I don't get it.

Give my Palermo's any day.

9. Ah, they'll grow up and acquire taste someday
:)

I liked Jack's when I was a kid, too. Then I discovered Palermo's in high school. I pretty much refuse to eat any other kind of frozen pizza now. Palermo's beats the socks off even the other 'premium' frozen pizzas like DiGiorno's or Freschetta.

11. Hopefully, they'll do it when they're out of my house!
Don't get me wrong, I don't MIND that they happen to like the cheapest frozen pizza on the market!

6. Other: Home Run Inn
I've talked them up here before; the best crust of any frozen pizza, and the cheese is top-drawer too. DiGiorno trails right behind; very generous with toppings, and the sauce is bright without being too sweet. Rising Moon Organics also do an excellent pie, but they're insubstantial for the price.

10. I don't think I've ever seen Newman's Own for frozen pizza.
How is it?

12. Pretty good.
Very similar to Kashi. NMy local Kroger sells Newman's Own. You might be able to find it in Target.

18. Gino's East is very good.
Had their personal size and their medium sausage/pepperoni. Quite tasty! That's for the frozen you can get in the grocery store. For frozen direct from the company it's still Edwardo's from Chicago as #1 deep-dish for me. Thin crust it's Palermo's. No one else even close.
