for the first time ever, Jeff Goldblum was mistaken for me

ok, for years people, both friends and strangers, have told me I look like Jeff Goldblum. I don't agree, but I suppose I can see some similarities, such as height, dark eyes, some similar mannerisms, etc. Anyway, the other night a friend of mine was in Chelsea and saw "me" so he approached and was just about to give "me" a big hug. Well, at the last second, he realized it was not me, and he and this guy made eye contact for a moment, and my friend realized it was Jeff Goldblum, who then got into a cab, probably to get away from the crazy fanboy who was about to molest him.

I'm still cracking up about that a little. I wonder what went through JG's head during that almost-hug. lol.
