Damn it! I wish you could control who you love
Butterflies at their voice, your heart skips a beat when you hear their name.

The good news.... I don't need him.... I just want him.

Why does the heart over ride my brain? Should it?

1. My dear Rising Phoenix!
You can forget controlling who you love!

The heart wants what it wants, and that's all there is to it...

Enjoy the ride!

3. Unless he is abusive.......
then run for the hills.

The ride is not worth it in that case, at least it wasn't as far as I am concerned.

5. Thanks..
It was not as bad as some women have it. Mostly psychological/verbal stuff.

Problem is the children had to suffer from the war that went on in our house during those years.

I'm a downer today. Always thinking the worse. Got to get my mind in a better place. ;)

6. Consider this:
You did get out, and you did survive it.

Kids are often more resilient than you might think...

I hope this helps!

and gut
I will enjoy the ride.....I think we just need to get ourselves situated on our own for a few months....but I know love when I feel it. And I'm in love.

I say that a lot.....wanting to love someone "practical"

but it always comes back.....

to you know who

2. Heh.
I know where you're coming from. But the one I want, I can't have, at least not now. And it kills me. Every. Single. Day.
