Mmmm... a bowl of rice with sauteed mushrooms and zucchini and a poached egg for breakfast.

That's a breakfast worth getting up for.

The rice was plain white rice (short grain).

The shrooms and zucchini were salted then sauteed in olive oil, then deglazed with some chicken stock that I let evaporate, and then sprinkled with a few dashes of fish sauce and some white pepper.
