Does anybody know of a cookie press that actually works?
I'll post in the cooking forum too, but you guys often have all the answers. :)

6. Heh.
What I do with the cookies is condoned by the International Dough Agency. They get a little squished is all; nothing worse than that.

It's made by Mirro . . . and it "actually works" . . . BUT . . .
there's a trick to making cookies using any cooky press: The cooky
dough must be chilled and THE COOKY SHEET MUST BE COLD.

3. I have had one like that for thirty years.
And it works.

But, yes, the cookie sheet must be cold. When we were kids, we used to help our mother by taking the cookie sheets outside and setting them on the snow to cool between batches.

4. My mother has the exact same one...
she got it as a wedding present in 1976. It still works very well.

7. I seemed to have good luck with my old one w/out knowing that but
maybe I'll keep the one I bought last year and try keeping things cold. Thanks! :hi:
