I remember reading about how he hanged out with the writers/cgi guys during the shots, while Patrick Stewart probably had some imaginary conversations with Shakespeare.
Okay, here's the truth: I absolutely hated Wesley Crusher, but this wasn't his fault. It was Gene Roddenberry's. He wanted his young self in the show, and it turned out to be very lame. Blame Gene!

"while Patrick Stewart probably had some imaginative conversations with Shakespeare"
You win the internets for putting Patrick Stewart in the douchiest scenario possible.

wanted to say 'imaginary' there. Hey, I like Patrick Stewart. I mean, he did this one (there's a mentioning of Wesley Crusher in the beginning!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLOiwwyA-ts
