Ladies, I need your advise

My wife wants a Farouk CHI hair straitner for Christmas but there are a gazillion types. She says she wants it just to straiten her hair. Anyone have experience with these gigamathingies? If so which one would you recommend? Also, are there any accessories that should go with it?

The $15 one suck and break very quickly with normal use.

6. I only wear the "Fish Hook" or hoop types.

The ones with the "post" secured with the tiny little backs are far more uncomfortable, tend to pinch and fall off and get lost.

I lucked out and got it for $65 on Amazon. They have the best prices. Mine came with a couple of styling products.

She's had other brands but says there's no comparison in the quality and effect it has on her hair. She loves their products too.
