I'm 44 years old, bought a Rush cassette at 3.99, but I can't eject it and now have an ear spasm. |

The OP needs to get an ipod or similar portable mp3 player.

23. Cassettes are better than CDs in cars. |
|
Cassettes can be taken out and dropped on the floor. One has to be careful with CDs so they don't get scratched or fingerprinted or whatever. If you have autoreverse, it doesn't even matter if the cassette is right-side-up.

I think Romo and the Cowpies were busy listening to Rush and not paying enough attention to the Giants yesterday...:)

That's the problem with old tech. Nobody remembers how it worked.

|
You could copy anybody's music at any time for absolutely nothing. (No wonder they stopped making them).

22. Take a length of very narrow, stiff wire... |
|
...and bend the very end into a right angle. When I say the very end, I mean the VERY end. The lenth of the wire after the corner should only be about as long as the wire is wide.
Heat corner of the wire.
With the wire held so that the bent length is parallel to the seam of the cassette (end or top if its a 90's GM car) allow the wire to melt through the cassette case. When it cools, turn the wire 90 deg. As you hit the eject button, pull gently on the wire. This ought to cause it to eject.
If you are careful, you should be able to stick the wire in without damaging the tape itself.
