Turkey stoup?
I dunno.
It's somewhere between a stew and a soup.
The whole house smells good.
That's what's for dinner along with some cornbread with creamed corn and sauteed minced onions and jalapenos in it.
It's more like a casserole than a bread.
Yum.

What's going on at your house?

1. I'm a big fan of cooking "stuff"
tonight was Turkey (flavored) Spam- fried rice with salsa and onions.

Sounds nasty as hell, but was yummy

2 cups rice
1 can Turkey Spam
1 small jar of salsa
1 egg
1/4 onion

The spam and onions were sauteed in the wok and the egg was cracked just prior to adding the cooked rice and jar of salsa.

Yummy and went well with a bitter ale from the local brewery.
