I just have to post this - I can't contain myself - I had collard greens for breakfast!

OMG I love collard greens! Especially for breakfast!

The taste is still in my mouth, and it's wonderful!!

I sauteed them in olive oil (had no bacon fat, sadly), then added some freshly made chicken broth to them and steamed 'em for a bit.

OMG delicious!!!

Had it with a bowl of cereal.

Weird, I know. But that's how it goes.

2. Yeah, much better with eggs - but this wasn't an egg day today, and I was dying for greens

so I had them with cereal.
