My suggestion for the NFL
Divide the leauge up into two or three tiers with promotion and relegation.

We could call the relegation match the "Toilet Bowl."

17. But Toronto would remain the Centre of the Universe.
God, I miss that place.

2. I think they should have a third place consulation game played in a subpar high school stadium
Or just bring back the consulation game in general.

10. You mean like lower tier bowl games at the college level?
Not to disparage the PapaJohns Bowl in Birmingham, of course.

12. I just find it as comical answer
Also I think the losing team should have warm Natty Lite and Newport cigarettes in their locker room when they return from the field.

7. In this corporate naming rights era
the relegation game has to be named the "American Standard Toilet Bowl."

8. my suggestion is to have
the Super Bowl in a northern state stadium. I would love to see a Super Bowl in Green Bay or New Jersey or New England with all the weather it entails.

13. Just fine

Fitzgerald is from Minnesota played at Pitt. Wells is from Ohio State, Hightower is from Richmond. Breaston is from Michigan. Defense mostly consists of SEC/ACC players so not sure how that will play out. Besides Arizona is better on the road then they are at home including a win at New Jersey.

14. Good point
I forgot that Fitz and Breaston played college ball in cold weather.

Of course, Warner played at Northern Iowa, but they have that weird little dome.

16. I agree! Seriously, too - as an issue of economic fairness, EVERY stadium should get to host.
I know there's some kind of profit sharing between the teams so that the host stadium doesn't get all the money - but that does nothing for the communities themselves in which the stadiums are located.

100,000 people coming into town for a Super Bowl equals a shitload of hotel rooms, restaurant tabs, shopping, food, and so on for a number of days.
