5. A light dusting in Montreal
But the planet is apparently gearing up to dump 6-10 inches of the stuff on us Wednesday. I, of course, already have the snow tires installed on the 4WD vehicle. :D

6. Harrisburg, PA area - a light dusting on Saturday - melted by Sunday.
No road accumulation - just wet.

I figure Santa was doing a test run and the reindeer really had to pee - it froze on the way down.

8. About 6-7 hours' worth.
Started snowing I think around 9:30am last Friday and stopped around 4-4:30pm with most of it melted by then, too.

Last year we only got about 4 hours' worth and it melted soon after.

9.  0.5 inches
and that's 0.5 inches more than normal for the year.
Inland SF East Bay had snow on the ground this morning down to about the 300 ft level. There was about 6 inches on top of the high mountains. Snow on the mountains happens most winters but down below 1500 ft it's a once in 10-20 year event.

maybe that was the same time as in SF, or maybe they mean SF area, Bay Area.

32. That was probably the same time.
Snow in the city happens, it's just very, very rare. The last time there was measurable snow was in 1976 or so.
this is link has some of the dates:
