Courtesy of Captain Obvious. :hi:
I visited Fargo, ND and Moorehead, MN in September 2006. I visited the Scandinavian Museum and did the tour of the Swedish Church replica, and the Viking Ship replica.

I woke up Sunday in the Radisson in Fargo, South Dakota, and no stores were open, no coffee shops, nothing open. I took a walk on a bridge across the Red River, into Minnesota. There, I got a great cup of coffee, looked around and saw artsy-type college students. Then on the way back, I went into a pretty cool music store and bought a Stereolab CD.

Then I walked over the bridge back into Fargo, ND and I had just happened to miss the "Pro Life Parade" hoopla. Lucky me!

16. Yuck, you can keep putting on extra layers, but you can't keep taking then off.
Thus I prefer cold to warm. :)

17. I was born in Minot. My parents both went to college in Fargo.
We moved to Pennsylvania when I was 5, but visited our "people" back in NDak for many years.

I love snow and cold weather. Philadelphia's 40 degrees and raining isn't my favorite winter climate.
So CHEERS, Odin. Curl up in front of the fire, put on another sweater and enjoy!

20. I know it will be coming my way here in WI on the Mississippi.
First we get all of the snow, then the skies clear off and the temperature plunges.

21. I'm kind of jealous, because I have a new down coat I'm itching to try out
It's 35 and raining here, so not exactly cold enough for a giant heavy down coat.
