cat game question

Max my male cat plays this game. If I'm laying on the couch, on my chest, he'll get on top of my calf or foot and slides off the top then climbs back, then he repeats that. He continues to do that until I chase him off. What the hell is that suppose to mean? Does your cat do this?:shrug:
