5. Do you have a Flash player? You should somewhere. For a while the 
video wasn't playing because it appears it was overwhelmed.

6. My computer used to play videos. Then all of a sudden it stopped. I got rid of cookies and temp
files but still it doesn't work.

18. Check over at the computer help forum. Get as many details as you can
and see if they can troubleshoot. It could be something very simple.
