Anyone here been in on the Google Wave beta?

Opinions? I've read reviews saying its a game changer hybrid of email, Wikis, chat, doc creation, and threaded discussion boards while others say its a poorly implemented solution to a set of problems that doesn't exist.

Working on committee investigating collaborative tools, so any input would be valuable.
