1) Yes, but since his hand is cybornetic it'd be one hell of a force-enhanced solid smack.

2) No. He would be driven insane and either kill himself, her, or he'd manage to pretty much destroy the entire galaxy.

3) No. Because he's a villain. He does lots of evil things. Like not washing his hands after he goes to the bathroom. I mean, they're cybornetic anyway so its not that big a deal. But that's still evil.

As an aside, I use to love the holy hell out of Super Friends, and I got the first season on dvd, but when I watched the cartoon as an adult I could barely stomach the show...the cheese factor was ENORMOUS in that show.
