2. Alcohol.
Ethanol would be my first choice, but isopropyl or methanol would work fine. I'd just be sure to clean up the isopropyl or methanol if I got it on a painted surface.

5. I'll second this one...
Just make sure that you not only warm them up so they work,make sure that you get them dry or they will just refreeze.

Looks like a tube of binaca. It has enough for repeated use.

To prevent icing, you might want to use some wd-40, but once it's frozen, this stuff works fast and easily.

8. You could try heating the key with a lighter, but that's only a temporary fix
