But it is not the first food I'll choose to eat. Had sushi for the first time ever this past summer in Hong Kong and it was merely adequate. Of course I had eel as well and it was actually pretty good.

I will admit I like Sashimi a little better, but I love Sushi!! Sushi ga oishikatta desuyo!!!! Did you know that in Japan, a family only eats sushi about once or twice a month?

With plenty of ginger and wasabi. Favorite is eel, avocado roll. I can't handle salmon roe or quail eggs though.
