Oh Fuck I downloaded a Trojan Horse

I feel so stupid the day before yesterday I wanted to save a really cool picture to my desktop (no it was not porn) and and downloaded something nasty . My brother downloaded AVG and we have been running multiple scans and have been removing threats. When I turned on my computer this morning AVG alerted me that they found two trojan horses. I tried to click on the remove and heal but another window informed me it couldnt do it. Then I "removed as power user" and It is not responding not that I think it is just not giving me the all clear. This is how it reads

4. Doesn't look suspicious to me,

I think AVG got it and moved it to the vault already; sometimes AVG's instructions aren't very clear. If you run AVG again, are the two files still showing? They don't show up here.

Boot up in Safe Mode with Networking and run it.
Then reboot in normal mode and check again.
